Breakdown of Fees for Summary Only Motoring Offences
By law we are required to give you a breakdown of our fees for motoring offences. In some cases we may be able to agree, after discussions and assessment of the case, a fixed fee for our costs which can be discussed at the consultation with a solicitor.
Our private costs for such work is £200 per hour plus vat.
All appointments at our respective offices will be charged at our hourly rates.
Our Current Fixed Fees:
Initial Consultation Fee Appointment with a Solicitor £100 + VAT
Guilty Plea Hearing in the Magistrates Court :
- Northamptonshire Matters – £400 + VAT
- Warwickshire Matters – £500 + VAT
This will be on the basis that a guilty plea is being tendered, that the matter will be dealt with in a single hearing at Court and the Court is located within 30 miles of our nearest office.
If the case for some reason requires a second hearing, i.e. if the case is adjourned for sentence then our private hourly rates of £200 per hour for all additional work required will apply.
If you wish to see if we can agree a fixed fee for your case please ask.
